Home Purchases

When it comes to buying property, unless you have all the cash necessary in the bank, you’re probably going to need a mortgage! With so many options and mortgage products available, where do you start?

Don’t worry, you’re in the right place.

When you work with a bank, they only have access to a single line of products. When you work with independent mortgage professionals (like us!), we do the work of representing you to various institutions, which then allows you to pick the best mortgage product to suit your needs.

Renewals

If you are within six months of your mortgage renewal, or if your existing lender has sent you a renewal offer in the mail, please don’t just sign the offer, contact us directly, and we can give you a second opinion, and in most cases save you money. There is always room to negotiate or to find a completely new lender. Our goal is to save you money, we can’t do that unless you give us a call!
