Leah joined McIntosh Mortgage Group in early 2021 as a full-time unlicensed assistant, quickly becoming an integral part of the team. Working closely alongside Tricia, she developed a strong foundation in the mortgage process and discovered a genuine passion for the industry. Motivated to deepen her expertise, Leah pursued her mortgage broker licence while continuing to work full time, successfully balancing a demanding market with her studies and hands-on experience.

As a licensed broker, Leah now plays a key role across the business, supporting clients from pre-approval through funding, with a particular focus on mortgage renewals and long-term client care. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication, she helps ensure every file runs smoothly while also continuing to grow her own book of business.
