Tricia McIntosh

Tricia is a highly experienced mortgage broker known for pairing deep industry knowledge with exceptional client care and long-term financial strategy. She supports clients through every stage of homeownership, including first purchases, renewals, refinances, renovations, investments, relocations, and complex transitions, helping them make confident decisions aligned with both immediate needs and long-term goals.

Licensed since 2010, Tricia has built a career rooted in trusted advice and hands-on experience, while mentoring and leading a growing team of brokers since 2020.

Before entering the mortgage industry, she spent ten years as a police dispatcher and 911 operator, developing a strong understanding of the RCMP community and the financial realities of federal service. This background gives her particular expertise in relocation files, benefits, allowances, and timing considerations for RCMP members and other First Responders.

While well known for her work within the RCMP community, Tricia serves clients across Canada, including first-time buyers, professionals, business owners, investors, and families. Licensed in most provinces, she works nationally and focuses on customized mortgage strategies rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Tricia also serves as a Director on the CMBABC board, supporting education, consumer protection, and professional standards across British Columbia. In April 2025, she co-founded The Mortgage House, an independent brokerage built on collaboration, integrity, and a client-first philosophy, with McIntosh Mortgage Group operating under this platform.
