Tricia McIntosh

Tricia is a seasoned mortgage broker with a passion for delivering exceptional client care. Whether you’re buying your first home, renewing your mortgage, refinancing for renovations, or navigating a relocation, she’s a steady and knowledgeable partner throughout your mortgage journey.

Licensed since 2010, Tricia began mentoring a team of brokers by 2020. Before entering the mortgage world, she spent a decade as a police dispatcher and 911 operator, proudly supporting the RCMP family, a connection that continues to guide her work today. Her deep understanding of federal relocation policies allows her to help RCMP members and other First Responders maximize their benefits and allowances.

Tricia serves clients across Canada and is licensed in most Canadian provinces. She has called Victoria, BC home since 2016, where she lives with her husband and their two children.

In April 2025, Tricia partnered with two fellow brokers to co-found The Mortgage House, a new independent brokerage built on transparency, collaboration, and shared values. McIntosh Mortgage Group proudly operates under this platform, alongside other like-minded teams across the country.
